Deposit & Booking Terms
e require the first night charge for each cottage / room booked. Full payment for any camping sites booked is required. Due to our location and the experiences on offer we recommend staying two nights. Any cancellation or date change needs to be made a minimum of 72 Hours prior to the check in date to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the deposit. Corinna is a high demand property and bookings are required. To keep in line with our “at home in the wilderness” mindset, accommodation numbers are kept to a minimum.
We only have 20 cabins and 10 camp sites so forward bookings are essential and required to avoid disappointment.
Group Bookings & Operators
ancellation of group bookings requires 90 days notice (in writing/by phone/by email) before check in or tour departure. If less than 28 days, all deposits paid will be forfeited.
A holding deposit is required for each cabin and it will be transferred or refunded if bookings are cancelled in the
required time frame.
f tours are cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues or minimum numbers are not met, an alternative day or tour will be offered at no extra cost to the person who made the booking.
If an alternative tour is not suitable or cannot be offered, any monies paid for the cancelled tour will be refunded.
The liability of Corinna Wilderness Experience arising from any cancellations of accommodation or tour bookings by Corinna Wilderness Experience or a third party tour operator is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking.
Conditions of Use
e reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably considered by Management to be either:
- not be the person named on the booking request; and/or
- not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorized to use the card.
- any person deemed likely to cause any form of disruption to other guests, staff or native life.
